All unit orders are shipped within 2-5 weeks. Please don’t include weekends, holidays or non-business hours when calculating the shipping of your order. Raw bundles are shipped within 7-10 business days. Remi hair bundles are shipped within 3-5 business days.

*Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options, including standard, and expedited delivery. Please select the method that suits your needs during the checkout process.

*Shipping Costs: The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. However, at this current time, Slaughterhouse has a standard shipping fee of $11.00 base off the servicers we use. Please note, if you chose to expedite your order, or request an order be shipped express, the shipping fee is subject to change.

*Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs procedures. *Slaughterhouse Hair will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays or weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

*Failed Delivery/ Refused Shipments/ Incorrect Shipping Address:Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. You must give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPSto the address you provide. If a shipment is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be solely responsible for additional shipping charges. Your Slaughterhouse Hair purchase indicates that you have read and understood our shipping policy and agree to adhere to the terms as set forth.

*Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily monitor the progress of your package. You can find the tracking information in your order confirmation email.

*International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on your country's regulations.
