HOW CAN I GET A CUSTOM WIG?
DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR UNITS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. OUR CUSTOM UNITS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO FIT YOUR SPECIFIC HEAD SIZE AND DESIRED LOOK. PLEASE BE SURE TO TAKE PROPER MEASUREMENTS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. VISIT OUR HOME PAGE AND WATCH THE VIDEO ON HOW TO MEASURE. ALL CUSTOM UNITS WILL ONLY BE OPEN FROM THE 1ST OF THE MONTH TO THE 5TH OF THE MONTH. ONLY 15 CUSTOM UNITS ARE CREATED MONTHLY. WE WILL NOT HAVE SLOTS AVAILABLE AFTER THE 15 SLOTS ARE FULFILLED NOR AFTER THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH.
HOW CAN I GET HAIR BUNDLES:
BUNDLE ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF THE SEAL OF THE BUNDLE IS BROKEN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON BUNDLES UNDER THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL UNITS AND BUNDLES SHIPS OUT AT THE END OF THEIR PROCESSING TIME. ALL UNITS AND BUNDLES TIME FRAMES DON'T INCLUDE SHIPPING PROCESSING. PLEASE VIEW THE PROCESSING TIME OF THE ITEM YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
WHATS MY SHIPPING TIME?
