IS THERE A REFUND?

No, we do not offer returns on units. It is your responsibility to provide the correct circumference on your head.

WHAT IF SHIPPING HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER THROUGH THE CARRIER?

Once the product is off our hands and you've received a tracking number. We are not responsible for any units, clients and customers can pay extra for insurance on shipping.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR UNITS? Units are shipped within 2-5 weeks. Please understand this does not include weekends, holidays and non-business hours.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR A READY TO PURCHASE UNIT? Ready to purchase units are shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR HAIR ORDERS? Hair orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days for Raw and Remi hair 3-5 business days of purchase. If your length is not in stock, we will send you an email providing updated information. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

HOW ARE THE WIGS SECURED ON? All of our units are made to your exact head measurements, proving a perfectly secure fit for everyone. Our lace closure units are made on a fitted cap. units are made on a secure cap with an elastic band added to hold the lace in place. No glue is necessary for any of our units but can be applied for a more secure fit.

I HAVE NO HAIR, CAN I STILL WEAR A WIG? Yes, you can still wear our units! If, you have a very short haircut (too short for cornrows or for combs to be used) or are bald, please let us know so that we can ensure the unit will fir you flawlessly.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO WEAR MY HAIR UNDER THE UNIT?To ensure the most flat and natural unit application, your hair should be cornrowed. For lace closure units, we recommend parting your hair where you would like the part on the closure to lay and down from there.

HOW LONG DO UNITS LAST? With proper care, our lace closures can last 6 months to 1 year. Proper care entails minimum heat use, regular wash/conditioning, no rough handling and minimum sleeping in unit.Once the closure is old, it van be replaced and made into a new unit by purchasing a new closure

HOW LONG DOES A QUICK WEAVE LAST? A quick weave can typically last 2 to 4 weeks with proper care. If you shampoo your hair, the quick weave will come out. We offer maintenance to quick weaves if the initial service was performed by April.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND TO WASH THE UNITS? We recommend Garnier Fructis products for all weave sold by Slaughterhouse Hair.
